The story of Hussain Chaudhry is a tragic but inspiring one. At the young age of 18, he made the ultimate sacrifice to protect his family. Hussain was attending university in London while also helping his family with their business selling designer jackets on the road. One day, while managing the stall with his mother and brother, two teenagers attempted to steal the jackets. Hussain stepped in to stop them and protect his loved ones.
The attackers ended up stabbing Hussain’s mother and brother, but Hussain himself took the worst of the attack. He was stabbed in the neck and bled profusely in his mother’s lap. Even in his last moments, Hussain remained brave and selfless, telling his mother to call an ambulance and not to worry about him.
Sadly, Hussain passed away before the ambulance could arrive, cradled in his mother’s arms. His sister wrote a touching tribute to him, describing him as leaving the world the same way he came in, embraced by his mother.
