They explained that they met the aliens once a week in the jungle. They will be up with the aliens all night while they shine a light on them.
Even more bizarre was that they said their mother would go with them. They added that even though the aliens couldn’t understand them, they had given them both a neurological “chip” so they could converse.
The gloom in their eyes as they began to describe as if they had been transported there and recounted the events from memory as if they were real was, in my opinion, the most disturbing aspect of it all. This individual really seemed to believe everything they were saying.
I told them anything was possible because I was feeling a little scared (I was only 19 at the time) and it sounded like a really interesting experience for them, so I played along. I said that and they said, “I really appreciate you listening to me,” and the light came back into their eyes. Usually nobody works with this kind of material.”
