At some point, I was working at a drive-through joint when this woman overlooked her Louis Vuitton pack.
I held up around 20 minutes yet saw her withdraw, so I snatched it and set it in the lost and found. I won’t ever look inside. A month cruised by.
My chief inquired, “Hello, it’s been a month… do you need that pack?”
I addressed yes and went into the back to gather it. I opened the top and was shocked to track down only a piece of paper.
I opened the piece of paper to track down a receipt for the pack.
On the receipt was a message that read, “To the young lady who required another handbag during special times of year.”
Whoever this woman was wanting to do this in any case. I took a gander at the receipt — $1700 for this pack!?
I painstakingly pressed my effects in it, brought it back home, and said nothing further about it. That handbag assisted me with appearing to be decent in a ton of new employee screenings.
I actually have the pack since it helps me to remember those modest days when I didn’t have a lot and urges me to reward others.
