Fixings:
400 ml milk
Zing of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
40g sugar
15g cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon
100g improved consolidated milk
Discretionary for beautification: cinnamon, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings
Directions:
1. Set up the Milk Blend:
In a bowl, join the milk, lemon zing, and vanilla sugar.
Heat this blend until it’s going to bubble, then eliminate from heat.
2. Consolidate the Egg Yolks and Dry Fixings:
In a different bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
3. Temper the Egg Combination:
Steadily empty the hot milk blend into the egg yolk combination, mixing continually to keep the eggs from scrambling.
