I believe it’s a phenomenal thought — individuals take and leave books in a post box or comparable construction right in the city. The thought is that you take one of these free books, read it, then return it to the container while leaving several your own trade-in books.
The free libraries in my area are totally painted boxes or the like, yet this splendid lady changed a 110-year-old tree on her front yard into a shocking free library.
Sharalee Armitage Howard is a bookkeeper, craftsman, and previous bookbinder from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Rather than uncovering and obliterating a dead 110-year-old cotton tree stump in her front yard, she had the splendid plan to change over it into a free tree library.
The stump was emptied from within, given a rooftop, and enlightened with an endearingly agreeable inside. This is certainly the most beguiling free library I’ve at any point seen; have a look for yourself!
