The woman sues Garth Brooks for the alleged S*xual battery and attack, and claims that Trisha Yearwood may have heard some of his explicit interviews.
According to court proceedings, this woman, identified as Jane Roe, worked as a hairdresser for Garth and Trisha for many years.
She started working with Trisha in 1999 and Garth in 2017. Jane said Garth had started to do more work after learning about her financial fighting.
She accused him of harassed several times S*xual, and claimed to raped her in 2019, which Garth denied. Jane also said Garth had sent her S*xually explicit news and pushed her to engage in S*xting.
Jane claims that after Garth Brooks allegedly attacked her, he began to talk about his S*xual fantasies that connect her more often.
She said Garth would fall while doing her hair and make-up, and would boast S*x with various women in the hotel rooms. Reportedly, he also said that the trio and his wife Trisha Yearwood wanted to, suggesting that Jane has been involved. Jane believes Trisha heard it at least once.
In May 2020, Jane said Garth made an inappropriate commentary on creating a shampoo bottle that could double as a S*x toy in an interview with his manager, with the presence of Jane and Trisha. When Jane refused to join the conversation, Garth reportedly got angry and pounded his fists on the counter.
Jane also accused Garth of exposing her and forcing her to touch it, and claimed that he had raped her in the hotel room in 2019, overwhelming her.
She sues Garth for unspecified damage and he replied to the court proceedings in his statement 3. October.
Garth Brooks replied to the accusation: “I have been annoyed in the last two months by threats, li, and stories about what could happen to me I it did not pay millions of dollars. It’s like having a weapon aimed at me.
He added: “Paying would mean that I admit things | never could do it – clear actions that no one should ever make to another person. We sue this person almost a month ago to stand against blackmail and protect our reputation. We left anonymous to protect the families.”
