A Moving Wishlist from an Adopted Little Boy to His Parents That Tugs at the Heartstrings

When a little angel from Oklahoma went to his adoptive parents, he delivered a letter that would make you cry because his birth parents abused him and gave him up for adoption.

Child abuse occurs when a parent or caregiver places a child at risk of serious harm by causing physical harm, causing death, causing emotional distress, or failing to intervene at all. Child abuse can take many different forms, such as neglect, physical abuse, s*xual abuse, exploitation, and emotional abuse.

DREAMCATCHERS FOR TABULE CHILDREN, INC. is a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization that fights against child abuse and neglect. “To educate the public about all aspects of child abuse, such as symptoms, interventions, prevention, statistics, reporting, and helping victims find the right resources necessary to achieve full recovery,” is their stated goal.

One of the youngsters who was attacked by both of his heavily intoxicated parents recently shared a letter with a charity. Seeing a child who never had true love and joy from their original parents is heartbreaking. This young man witnessed only ill-treatment, neglect and starvation. Some individuals are monsters.

One of the neighbors noticed that something terrible was happening in a nearby house and the young boy inside made him sick. He decided to inform Child Protective Services about it.

When the police arrived, they took the boy to a dream catcher for abused children, where they made sure the child would never experience such horrible things.

I cried when I saw what he wrote on a piece of paper after the organization found the child a perfect and suitable family.

All this boy wants are daily necessities, according to what he wrote:

“Food and water are things I want for my family.

Don’t come near me.

house with electricity and running water.

i long for love

Parents don’t fight.

I’m against drugs.

Don’t hurt my animals.

help with academics.

nice, spotless clothes.

No nits. The house is bug free.

clean the house

Blankets on a tidy bed.

Don’t sell my toys.

treated fairly.

Avoid waste.

TV in the home.

I want to keep my school supplies.

nice pair of shoes.

I made comb soap. A nice residence with a safe and a coat with heat.

Toothbrush.”

You who are reading this right now probably already have everything this young lad wants. This should teach us to never take anything for granted. Your current life was someone’s wish list.
