Bob has always believed that the family was built on love, trust and years spent together.

Years ago, Bob’s life turned unexpectedly when he met Adele, Sam’s mother, just before he was about to marry someone else. Adele was captivating – bleeding, charming and full of life. Without the second idea,
Bob ended his engagement and left his past behind, and instead decided to build a life with Adele, a rich widow who inherited a huge fortune from his late husband – Sam’s father.
For three decades, Bob and Adele lived in luxury, traveled around the world and enjoyed the comfort of wealth. Bob believed it was a happy family until the tragedy hit – Adele fell ill. Despite all the money she has, nothing could have saved her from the devastating disease that took her life.
A few days after her graduation, Adele’s lawyer convened Bob and herself to discuss her property. Given that Adele did not leave the will, the law dictated that its assets would be temporarily placed under Sam’s care.
This weekend Sam suggested a trip to the landscape and urged Bob to get fresh air and clean his mind. When they drove in the self -elegant convertible, Bob could not shake the feeling that something was gone. His stepmother smiled and laughed, but his behavior was worrying.
“Sam, what’s going on?” Bob asked and sensed the tension.
Sam’s expression cooled. “As I said, I get rid of the past and start fresh,” he grinned. “And you, an old man, are just dead weight.”
Bob’s heart pounded as Sam continued. “You lived Adele thirty years.” That’s more than enough, don’t you think? I don’t owe you anything. Money is mine and I don’t want to share it. ”
Before Bob could answer, Sam made a terrible gesture and forced him to climb out of the car in fear. He stood there, stunned as Sam turned the engine and threw it and left him in the middle of nothing.
Bob determined to find help, started walking on the road, hoping to hit the house or passing a car that is willing to stop. For hours, and while many cars drove, no one offered help. When the sun soaked under the horizon and cooled the air, Bob began to lose hope – until a luxury car was pulled next to it.
“Sir, are you okay?” A warm, worried voice came.
Bob’s eyes were filled with tears on the kindness of a stranger. “No,” he admitted hoarsely. “I was abandoned here.” If you could take me to the nearest city or police station, I would be grateful. ”
The driver, a young man in his thirties with kind blue eyes, introduced himself as Jake Kale. There was something strange about him, but Bob could not place why. When they rode, Bob shared his heartbreaking story.
Jake was outraged by what he heard and decided to take Bob home for the night and promised to help him file a complaint in the morning. “First you need warm food and rest,” Jake assured him.
When they arrived in Jake’s cozy house, he introduced Bob’s wife Angela and their daughter Fay. But when Angela put her eyes on Bob, she took a shocked breath. Her legs under her gave away, and what had to stabilize her before she collapsed.
“The man …” she whispered and whispered her eyes in disbelief. “Bob … it’s you!”
Confused, Bob frowned. “How do you know me?”
Tears ran down Angel’s face. “How did you find us?” She asked, trembling her voice.
Bob looked at Jake. “He picked me up on the road.” Saved me. “Then he was realized. “Is he your son?”
Angela nodded and her emotions amazed her. “My son … and yours.”
Bob’s world was spinning. His voice broke when he whispered, “I never knew it …”
Angela explained, “At that time I didn’t tell you. And later it seemed that it didn’t matter. You moved on. I didn’t want to use my child to force you to stay. ”
Bob’s head dropped as painful tears fell. “I raised another man’s son,” he murmured, his voice was hard with regret. “And he is the one who left me dead on the side of the road.”
The following morning Jake took Bob to the police station, where he officially filed a complaint against Sam. With Jake help, Bob hired an experienced lawyer and after a legal battle he got half of Adele’s happiness.
Bob, determined to remedy, was looking for Angel’s forgiveness and worked hard to rebuild his relationship with his long-lost son and a woman he once loved.
In the end, fate led Bob back to the life he once left. Although he spent decades to believe that he had built a loving family, he realized he was blind to the truth. Sam, the boy he appreciated as his son, eliminated him without regret, while a child he never knew he had saved him.
With a renewed sense of purpose, Bob devoted himself to rectifying things. He worked tirelessly to gain Jake and Peggy’s confidence, determined to rebuild the bond that he unknowingly interrupted so many years ago. Although he could never change the past, he got a second chance to accept the family he lost.
As far as he is concerned, the greed cost him more than he could ever get – while he kept his wealth, he lost something much more: Father’s love.
