Authorities in a Frenzy After Discovering 45 Bags Containing Body Parts in the Desert

These types of heinous acts are tragic and horrifying and it is the responsibility of law enforcement and the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation to identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice.

Police in Mexico across the southern border are currently trying to determine who was divided into 45 sacks and scattered in the desert outside the suburbs of Guadalajara, Mexico. The 45 bags were reportedly found in a Mexican desert ravine, and a report from the Jalisco State Attorney’s Office has now confirmed that the bags contained human remains matching the description of the missing contact center workers.

The 45 bags are currently under investigation into the deaths of the people who were placed in them, according to the Jalisco State Attorney’s Office. They claim to have knowledge of the discovered body parts and that these fragments of human remain “match the physical characteristics of some of the young missing call center employees”.

Between May 20 and 22, seven call center employees mysteriously disappeared. All of these individuals were employed in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, which is located in western Mexico and is located south of Arizona and California.

Luis Joaquin Mendez Ruiz, the prosecutor in Jalisco, admitted that officials collected many plastic bags containing human remains. It appeared that someone or some organization had thrown the suitcases down a very steep slope in an attempt to prevent the authorities from finding them.

The identities of the victims, the number of victims in the bags, and whether they are indeed the missing contact center workers who disappeared in May are unknown at this time. Forensic experts are working to determine who was cut up and placed in plastic bags.

The Jalisco Institute of Forensic Sciences is working with people close to the missing call center employees in conjunction with relatives of the missing victims to see if they can identify the people who were cut up and thrown into the ravine in plastic bags.

In recent years, there has been an increase in disappearances in Mexico. Authorities are not sure what happened to the estimated 100,000 Mexicans and migrant refugees who are still missing.

In the state of Jalisco, there have been more than 1,500 bodies discovered by authorities since records were updated in 2018. According to Yahoo News, the Jalisco Special Prosecutor’s Office for Missing Persons discovered 291 dead in 2019, with 544 in 2020, 280 in 2021, and 301 in 2022. As more dead are discovered in the Mexican state, the 2023 numbers are currently rising.

Four Americans were kidnapped in Mexico in March 2023. Two of the kidnap victims died as a result of the kidnapping. The kidnapping and murder prompted Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador to claim that Mexico remains a safer country than the US.

It is imperative that the government and law enforcement agencies prioritize solving these cases and work tirelessly to address the issues that contribute to the high number of disappearances and acts of violence in the region.

As global citizens, we can support efforts to combat violence and address human rights issues by raising awareness, supporting organizations that work on missing persons cases, and advocating for stronger measures to protect vulnerable communities. The international community can play a vital role in assisting Mexico in its efforts to address these complex challenges and work toward a safer and more just society for all its citizens.

Who do you think is behind the victims being chopped up and dumped in the desert?
