Bebe Rexha has emerged unscathed after experiencing a harrowing episode during a fully-packed performance in New York City on Sunday.
Just moments before the talented 33-year-old songstress commenced her last song of the evening, an individual from the audience recklessly launched a cell phone towards the stage, striking Rexha squarely in the face.
The pop icon promptly crumbled onstage, clutching her injured face in agony. Rolling Stone reports that she was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital, where she underwent a procedure to receive stitches on her face.
This distressing incident was captured on camera and subsequently circulated across various social media platforms.

Nicolas Malvagna, an inhabitant of New Jersey, has been involved as the implied culprit and was quickly arrested. He went through arraignment procedures on Monday night.
Malvagna is having to deal with numerous penalties, including two counts of third-degree attack, one count of second-degree badgering, one count of second-degree disturbed provocation, and one count of third-degree endeavored attack.
As per the Manhattan Head prosecutor’s office, the 27-year-old admitted to deliberately tossing the telephone as well as unfeelingly expressed, “I planned to hit her with the telephone as a comical demonstration towards the finish of the exhibition.”
The occurrence, which suddenly finished up the Sunday night show, incurred a bruised eye and a gash above Bebe Rexha’s eye.
On Monday morning, the strong craftsman consoled her committed fans by sharing a photograph on Instagram joined by a concise subtitle that essentially perused, “I’m great.”

It’s ludicrous that anybody would try and remember to toss something in front of an audience at a craftsman. Ideally, a fair consequence is given so others see that this conduct won’t be messed with.
