Walton County Juvenile Court Judge David Dickinson ruled the couple could see and stay with the girl until she died. He argued that neither parent had been found guilty of harming the child, making the decision because both parents had agreed to turn off life support.
Jamie and Justin White are being held without bond at the Walton County Jail.
