A Restructuring
Connor’s face tightened. “You turned her against me.”
“No. Your emails did that.”
One of Connor’s lawyers leaned forward. “We are here to discuss the East Harbor injunctions, not personal grievances.”
Harper opened her briefcase. “We’re here because Hayes Equity Partners has defaulted on three commercial loans, violated two disclosure agreements, and used the same collateral to obtain financing from multiple institutions.”
She placed three bound folders on the table. Connor did not touch them.
“This is intimidation.”
