“Once the pool excavation starts next week, we will get some landscaping in there.

A few nice arborvitae will make that line look completely seamless.

It is a win-win for both of our properties.”

“But the fence needs to be moved,” I said.

“Moving a cedar fence like that is a ten thousand dollar headache,” Tyler said, already stepping toward his side door.
