Necessity, not anger.

Because anger keeps you in the burning house.

Necessity lets you do what must be done and walk away, and go get warm.

Every choice I made after that video, I measured against those two words, and every time the anger and the necessity pointed to different actions, I made myself follow the necessity.

It is the hardest discipline I have ever practiced.

It is also the only reason I am at peace now instead of merely victorious.
