I filed three motions to enforce in three years.

All three were resolved by agreement before hearing, with make-up time ordered, and the make-up time was taken in about half the instances and cancelled in the other half for the same reasons.

My attorney at the time — a competent man named Sol Aguirre who I do not blame — told me in the September of 2023 that if I filed a fourth, a judge was going to start seeing a pattern, and that the pattern the judge would see was not the one I was seeing.
