The Dallas attorney’s memorandum found in that office is four pages and it is entirely proper and it answers exactly the question it was asked, which was: what liquidity is available to the administrator of a minor beneficiary’s estate during probate.
He did nothing wrong.
He was asked a technical question by a client and he answered it correctly.
He has been interviewed twice and is not a subject of anything.
My father read that memorandum in the April, in my kitchen, and put it down, and said one thing.
He said: “I built a door and I put a lock on it and I never once asked what was on the other side of the door if she was not alive.”
