“A deleted voicemail is hard to prove without a phone company record,” Vance said.

“The ultrasound report, though, is a certified hospital document that carries immediate legal weight.”

“He told me the walk-in clinic gave her a clean bill of health back in October,” I said.

Vance turned the ultrasound page around to face him and ran his index finger down the column listing the size of the mass in millimeters.

“He lied to you about a medical diagnostic report involving a fifteen-year-old child,” Vance said.
