Chapter 3 — The Signing
At 9:30 sharp, just as Edwin raised a gold pen to sign, the double doors of the banquet hall burst open.
Camila walked down the aisle in a tailored burgundy suit, flanked by corporate lawyers, forensic accountants, and security. Edwin dropped his pen.
She stepped up onto the stage, set a black USB drive on the podium, and leaned into the microphone.
“Before anyone signs this contract, the public deserves to know who actually funded this firm — and who stole every dollar from it.”
The presentation screens lit up behind her, and Edwin froze as his secrets went up on the wall.
