It was a conditional occupancy interest while the estate administration remained pending, subject to trust terms.

If the trustee reasonably believed trust assets were being misappropriated, altered, sold, or materially damaged, the successor trustee could petition the court for suspension of Chloe’s occupancy and preservation orders.
