The second was a set of formal notices terminating the company’s leases on every property owned by my holding company — the land under nine warehouses, the headquarters tower they were sitting in — unless the company agreed to restructure under new, independent management.

The third was a civil complaint, filed, seeking recovery of every stolen dollar and damages for the assault.
