Vulnerable adult abuse. This is the one I fought for and I want to be fair about why it did not work.

The statute covers an adult who is unable to protect themselves from abuse or neglect because of a physical or mental impairment, where the person charged is a caretaker.

There is no human being on earth less able to protect herself.
