The first time, about four months later, she said she could not discuss it, which was the correct answer.

The second time was over a year later, at a fundraiser in a school gymnasium, and what she said then was:

“Honey, I knew that book.”

And then she said: “I had my hands on it on a Tuesday in September and I have thought about it every day since.”
