She had been a co-plaintiff — it was her authorization that moved the investment accounts, and Kesler had needed her.

In the third week of June she went to Kesler’s office in Springfield and told her she would not sign anything further and that if she were called, she would testify truthfully about the five months, and that truthfully meant what Gavin’s video already showed and a good deal more that nobody had recorded.
