Julian stayed standing for three seconds before his lawyer pulled him back down into his chair.

“All legal claims made by Julian Moreno against the estate of Victor Moreno are hereby declared null and void,” Judge Callahan said.

He wrote the order on the court docket in large, dark strokes.

“The court orders immediate restitution freezes on all accounts held by Julian Moreno, and all evidence of forgery will be transferred to the county prosecutor’s office,” the judge added.
