I wrote it over six weeks with Peter and it is eleven pages with forty-one exhibits, and the exhibits are the thing: the four-page document, the NDA it was cannibalized from, the email of the twenty-fourth of April, the memorandum in which he advised his own client that it was unenforceable, his time entries, and two days of his sworn testimony.

I want to describe the rules he broke, because they are not obscure and every lawyer in this country learns them in their first year.
