There is one thing I did do, and Evelyn knows about it and approved it, and it is the least dramatic thing in this entire account.
Every property I own now keeps a locked closet by the front desk with blankets in it, and a written instruction, one paragraph long, that any member of staff at any hour may open it and give one to anybody in the building or outside it without asking a manager and without making a record.
No approval.
