The co-trustees were Agnes Thorne and First National Bank of Denver.

The bank resigned in the March of 2001, which is an entirely ordinary thing for a bank to do on a trust that size because it does not pay them to administer it, and Agnes appointed Jolene as successor co-trustee sixteen days later under a power in paragraph nine.

Until a beneficiary existed the trust accumulated.
