The note was an asset of Silver Plume Holding Company.

Silver Plume Holding Company’s sole member was Agnes Thorne.

Agnes Thorne was a judgment debtor to my son in the sum of one million six hundred and forty-eight thousand dollars.

So Imogen filed a two-page motion in the November and the court ordered that the note be set off against the judgment, at face value, and extinguished.

Not paid.

Extinguished.

Forty-two thousand one hundred dollars came off what my mother owed my son, and the paper came off my workshop, and the deed came back clear, and not one dollar moved in either direction.
