That the undersigned acknowledges the existence of an irrevocable trust, held at First National in Denver, under which the minor child is the sole beneficiary.

That the trust terminates and distributes in full to the beneficiary upon his nineteenth birthday.

That the undersigned acknowledges he has no interest in the trust in any capacity.

And that any attempt by the undersigned to contest or disturb the guardianship arrangement shall constitute a material breach of this agreement.
