Chapter 15 — Continuity

Linnea opened a fourth folder, labeled Continuity.

Inside was a calendar notification for an emergency board meeting at 9:00 that very morning.

The agenda item read: Emergency Executive Transition Due to Incapacity. Dorian had prepared doctored psychological records, forged prescriptions, and press statements ready to depict Linnea as unstable.

And now he had a fresh weapon handed to him for free: the photographs she had blasted to the board and a columnist in her hour of rage.

A wife who did something like that, his story would go, was exactly the unhinged woman his records described.
