They are people who ran the calculation that everybody runs and got the answer that everybody gets.

Of the nine, three have apologized to me.

Two of those apologies were good and one was about themselves.

Four have never mentioned it and I see two of them regularly and we are perfectly civil.

One wrote me a four-page letter in the second year that I have kept and that I am not going to describe.

And one — the woman from tennis — did something that I did not expect and that I have come to regard as the correct behaviour by a person in an impossible position.

She did not apologize.
