Part Thirty-Nine: Four Things
I have been asked to speak about this three times — twice at events for women leaving long marriages, which I find difficult, and once at a regional conference for private company directors, which I find much easier and which is probably where I do more good.
I say four things.
One. Spend four minutes on a telephone before you believe one word about the law from the person you are in a dispute with.
That is the whole of it and it is the most expensive lesson in this account.
