There is a form if I detain somebody for eleven minutes in a parking lot.

There is no form anywhere in that building for a child told me something and I decided it was a custody thing and sent her home.

That happens constantly.

It happened to me on Emerson Avenue in 2007 and I did not write down a word of it and there is no record anywhere in the world that it occurred.

So when somebody tells me the risk runs one way, I ask them how they know, and they cannot answer, because the outcomes we get wrong in that direction are invisible by construction.

That is not an argument for removing children.
