I want to point out what that transmission does and does not do, because the phrasing was deliberate and a lawyer later told me it saved us a headache.
It gets an advanced ambulance rolling.
It tells the medics what they need.
And it does not say the word poisoning and it does not name a suspect, because a recorded line at 4:22 is not the place for either of those and because I did not know either of those things.
Then I called my sergeant.
This is the part that gets left out of every retelling and it is the most important procedural thing I did.
