He worked at a tyre and service centre off Parmer Lane for those two years, thirty-one hours a week around classes, and he is still faintly proud of being able to change a set of four in under twenty minutes, which he has demonstrated in a driveway twice.

He transferred to the University of Texas in 2016 and finished a finance degree in 2019 and it took him five years in total, not four, and he graduated in the top fifteen per cent, not the top one, and he did not go to his own university graduation ceremony, which I did not fight him about and should have.

He went to work for a commercial property company in Austin in the August of 2019 as an analyst.

He is an asset manager there now.
