The report of investigation is one hundred and forty-one pages plus exhibits and I have read the whole of it, twice, and I am going to give the findings honestly, including the one that is about me.

On the central question: no evidence was found that I had ever disclosed non-public procurement information to Christian Dupont or to any person affiliated with Dupont Enterprise Group, or that I had taken any official action affecting DEG’s financial interests, or that any DEG award or subcontract could be traced to any act of mine.
