“Claire,” Nathan said carefully, “you don’t understand what she’s doing.”
Vanessa gave a bitter laugh. “Of course. Start there.”
He ignored her. “That drive contains confidential hospital records. If you walk out with it, you could be charged. She knows that. She’s using you.”
“What’s on it?” I asked.
