That is a requirement.

It is not buried and it is not optional.

I went down sixteen pages with a ruler and a highlighter and put every single line into one of two columns: before the twelfth of December, or on or after it.

It took me about two and a half hours and I did it twice.

Before: thirty-five thousand one hundred and forty.

On or after: six thousand two hundred and forty.
