The first incident was Rotterdam. A hostile group had planned to expose Adrian’s international accounts through a regulatory audit; his legal team had filed a defense, but it was Lena who privately redirected the investigation back onto the people behind the attack.

The second was a port contract in Baltimore. The third was a bribed executive inside Voss Logistics. The fourth was a planned kidnapping Adrian had never known existed.

There were eight in all, each quietly neutralized through a company, a contact, or a favor tied to Lena — and each time, Adrian had congratulated himself and his own people.
