One. A DCFS investigation and a criminal investigation are two different proceedings with two different standards and two different agencies, and the fact that you are cleared in one does not clear you in the other, and information moves between them freely and does not move back.

Two. In an Illinois child protection investigation the finding is indicated or unfounded, and an indicated finding for an adult goes into the State Central Register.
