9-year-old Charlotte Sena was exploring nature with her family when she disappeared on Sept. 30 while on a performance bicycle ride at Moreau Lake State Park in Saratoga Province, around 50 miles north of Albany. Jene, Charlotte’s auntie, let NBC News know that until the young lady was found, maybe Charlotte had “vanished nearly like a phantom.”
“I mean it was, minutes, minutes between when she was most recently seen and when she wasn’t there any longer.”
