Candace Cameron Bure Defends Traditional Marriage and Responds to Backlash with Fierce Determination

Laura Muse, a 41-year-old mental health clinician, has recently sparked a controversial parenting debate by admitting to snooping through her 15-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter’s phones. According to Muse, she confiscates their phones before bedtime to ensure they get a good night’s sleep and prevent them from engaging in inappropriate exploits while protecting them from online predators and scammers. She also mentions that while she trusts her children, she has caught them out before, and she considers it a teachable moment when she finds an issue.

Muse is not the only parent who has resorted to this method to keep an eye on their children. Another mother recently went viral on TikTok after sharing a clip of herself scrolling through her 15-year-old son’s phone, discovering explicit pictures of him with his girlfriend. While some people supported the move, others criticized her for not trusting her child and invading his privacy.

The debate about whether parents should be allowed to snoop through their children’s phones has been ongoing for years. On one hand, parents argue that they are responsible for their children’s well-being and safety and need to protect them from the dangers of the internet. On the other hand, children and teenagers argue that they deserve some amount of privacy and trust from their parents.

Laura Muse justifies her snooping on her children’s phones by arguing that she pays for them. However, not everyone may agree that financial responsibility gives a parent the right to invade their child’s privacy.

Ultimately, it is up to each parent to decide what approach is best for their family, but they should also consider the possible consequences and how it could impact the relationship with their child. It is a delicate balance between ensuring their child’s safety and respecting their privacy.

  1. Those parents who are so worried about “invading their child’s privacy” are the parents that are going to lose their child to online predators or are going to spend their golden years visiting their child in prison.

  2. This article has nothing to do with Candace Cameron Bure. Stop lying and getting people to read it by saying it was about Candace. Typical liberal.

  3. A child is a child till they reach the age of 18 and move out on their own. Only then does privacy become a right. Until then privacy and trust is a privilege that has to be earned, not just blindly given. you cannot teach a child to be trustworthy simply by trusting them especially at such an immature stage in their lives. These complaining children have no clue about parenting and all the responsibilities that come with it until someday when they become parents.

Parents should stand their ground and not allow immature children to manipulate their parents into giving in to the child’s whims before they are ready as so many parents do, which is why we are inundated with spoiled entitlement minded young adults who are still acting like children!.
