Esteban Landrau was born female but identifies as male and is expecting a child with Danna Sultana, who was born male but identifies as female.

In order to prepare their family for the arrival of a small child, the anxious husband and wife called them and rushed to a nearby hospital.
They returned home to prepare for the big day after doctors told them his symptoms were typical of eight months of pregnancy, especially since their baby was big.
In one adorable video posted on the social media account, Esteban smiles for the camera as Danna kisses and caresses his protruding belly.
The couple also shared sweet pictures of themselves standing in their backyard before revealing their son would be named Ariel.

“We almost have our baby,” the model captioned a photo she posted Monday of her standing next to her husband’s growing baby bump.
In February, the pair shared a photo of themselves grinning at the camera with the caption: “Dreams do come true,” to reveal what they were expecting.
