Edward has always been a kind of employee who soon appeared, worked hard and never complained.

“Yes, this is him,” he replied, not sure what to expect.
“I’m Andrew Hoffman, a lawyer for Mr. Rick Benson. I’m calling to inform you that after graduating from Mr. Benson, you are now a new owner of his IT company. We would like you to come to my office and finish the details.”
“Mr. Benson was your lifelong friend, wouldn’t he?” The lawyer continued. “He often talked about how you left the highest position to work as an ordinary employee even if you have involved the company.”
In his later years, Rick Edward asked for a favor in exchange for download and now it is time for this kindness to be honored. The lawyer said he would send specifics soon, and Edward should meet them.
After receiving details, Edward visited the lawyer’s office and eagerly after the answers.
There he met Dan, who explained to justify his grandfather’s decision and finally clicked Edward.
“The grandfather wanted me to learn how to drive society in the right way,” Dan said, clearly regretted. “He gave me the company to help me grow, but I made a lot of mistakes, including the shooting of key people who were necessary for the success of society.”
Edward nodded and his mind came. “Okay, Dane, go, because this way will not be easy. You should be ready for what to come.”
Edward took over the company and tirelessly worked to restore it to its earlier glory and focus on what was best for its growth. He mentions Dan and taught him hard lessons and responsibility. Over the years, Edward felt that Dan had finally grown into a role, and when he came, he gave him the reins, making Dan the CEO.
Dan promised to have confidence in it and flourished under his leadership. Rick, wherever he was, would certainly be proud of his friend and grandson.
Eventually, Edward’s determination, wisdom and experience not only helped to overcome sudden and painful failure, but also changed the future of the company that lived life. His leadership and mentoring turned Dan into a capable and thoughtful leader and ensured that Rick and Edward’s inheritance had a continued success of the company.
