In a statement to the media, Musk emphasized the imperative to set the record straight, stating, “It’s high time we rectify this situation. The View has been circulating unfounded narratives about me and my companies for an extended period.”
He further expressed his frustration with The View for tarnishing his reputation without any factual basis and attempting to depict him as a malevolent figure. Goldberg and the other presenters now face a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court, charged with defaming Musk and his corporate entities, SpaceX and Tesla.
