She said: “He was distraught. He was in tears. He said he was worried about their demand to pay $800 a month. It was distressing for him.”
I was surprised how angry he was, she continued. He was going to go through the appeals process and we wrote letters beforehand. When the chat was over he was more composed so we said our goodbyes as usual.
