She wasn’t wearing any makeup, yet she was cheerful and laughing as they walked through the various stores. Chris didn’t wait outside while his partner went shopping like some of these other men. He was excited about it.

It’s worth noting that despite appearing without an engagement ring on this particular outing, Locklear has previously been spotted out in public without one. In March, she was seen shopping with a friend and the ring was noticeably missing.
