Harry Styles Reacts in Discomfort as Fan Throws Object, Hitting Him in the Eye Once Again

The incident, captured on video shared by Pop Crave, shows Styles walking on stage when an object lands near his left eye.

During his Love On Tour show in Vienna, Austria on Saturday, Harry Styles was hit in the face by another object thrown on stage by a fan, leaving him moaning in agony.

The ‘Watermelon Sugar’ actor, 29, was seen flinching and clutching his face in horror after an unknown object was hurled towards his eye.

Styles can be seen walking on stage in footage posted by Pop Crave when a small object is caught on camera and appears to land near his left eye.

In the video, fans were also seen pleading with others not to threaten the celebrity by writing the words “Stop throwing s**t at him!!!!!” in the overlay text.

The Grammy-winning musician has been hit by objects while performing before; last month, during his sold-out Love On Tour in Cardiff, he had a floral arrangement thrown at him.

A bouquet of flowers was thrown at Styles by a fan as he mingled with the crowd at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium after finishing his performance. The ‘Adore You’ singer was shocked at first but quickly got over it and continued his performance.

The Don’t Worry Darling star was hit with a handful of Skittles during a performance in Los Angeles in a similar incident late last year. The event was also captured on video, demonstrating Styles’ quick reflexes to protect his eye.

Styles’ Love On a Trip, which began in September 2021, is coming to an end. Just four more shows are scheduled in Spain, Portugal, and Italy before the tour ends on July 22.

It’s not just Styles who has had to deal with objects being thrown at them on stage lately; during a stop in Chicago on his It’s All A Blur Tour with 21 Savage, Drake narrowly avoided being hit by a cell phone. Bebe Rexha was also hit with a smartphone during a concert in June, resulting in a black eye that required stitches.

She subsequently assured her followers on Instagram that she was fine, despite being injured and requiring medical attention.

Authorities told the Daily Mail that phone thrower Nicolas Malvagna was subsequently arrested and charged with assault.

According to his attorney, Todd A. Spodek, Mr. Malvagna’s only goal as a fan was for Ms. Rexha to take a photo of his phone and return it to him as a souvenir. He had no intention of harming Mrs. Rex.

Country pop singer Kelsea Ballerini was also recently hit in the eye by a bracelet thrown from the crowd during a live performance. She reassured fans with a statement in which she wrote: “Hi, I’m fine. Someone threw a bracelet and it hit me in the eye and it scared me more than it hurt me.”

“We all have triggers and layers of fear much deeper than what is shown, so I left the stage to calm down and make sure that myself, the band, the crew, and the crowd felt safe to carry on. That’s all I ever wanted, is to make the show feel like a safe place for all of us…”

Even singer Pink faced a bizarre incident when a fan threw a bag of their mother’s ashes on stage during a UK tour stop.

Adele also expressed her frustration with this growing trend during a recent residency in Las Vegas. In a KTLA video, she was quoted as saying, “Are people forgetting royal show etiquette at this point?

Then she warned, “Damn you. Dare you to throw something at me and I’ll kill you.”

As for Harry Styles, his Love On Tour schedule is coming to an end, with only a few shows remaining in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Despite the challenges he faced, Styles continued to deliver memorable performances, captivating audiences with his talent and charisma.

It is crucial for fans and concertgoers to remember that artists are human beings who deserve respect and honor. Hopefully, these incidents will serve as a reminder to promote a safe and enjoyable concert environment for all involved.
