In a sudden and unexpected incident, a woman’s dog lunged and bit off her nose without any provocation. Shayna Crimo, a 31-year-old woman, was left traumatized and in severe agony following the incident that occurred at her residence. As soon as the incident occurred, she let out a piercing scream, demanding her partner to immediately dial 911 for assistance.

Shayna shared with the mirror, ‘these dogs grew up with me… they’re my children.’ she also stated that, despite the attack, she has no intention of putting king down. ‘i would prefer he spend the rest of his life at home, never leaving the house, and being more cautious, but putting him down is not an option.’. 

When Shayna attempted to embrace and kiss him, he immediately bit her. He remained silent, showed no signs of backing up, and didn’t display any aggression—there was no indication of his intentions. “Everything unfolded rapidly.” 

Shayna vividly remembers the panic and fear she felt when she urgently needed to use the bathroom, only to discover her injuries and immediately call for emergency assistance. She explained that she had always respected king’s boundaries, knowing he didn’t like to be disturbed at night, which made the attack all the more unexpected. ‘he was sitting up on the edge of the bed, very alert. He had never displayed any violent behavior or exhibited any warning signs prior to the incident.
