“Investigation into Tragic Quadruple Deaths”

The bodies of two little sisters were discovered yesterday at the home of their father and aunt, according to authorities.

Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, his daughters Jasmin, 12, and Natasha, eight, and the child’s aunt, Kantich Noon, 36, were found dead at their home in Costessey, Norwich, on Friday.

Bartlomiej and Kanticha were both fatally stabbed in the neck, according to a statement released Sunday by Norfolk police.

An autopsy on the young girls today sadly revealed that their causes of death were the same.

Jasmin, Natasha,, and Kanticha are believed to have committed a “murder-suicide”.

According to the police, there is no reason to suspect Bartlomiej’s death and they are not looking for other persons who could be involved in the fates.

It came as the mystery surrounding the death deepened and more information became available about the father’s mental health assessment.

A stone’s throw from the house in a quiet residential street is floral tributes and two unicorns, with more added every day.

The house where the terrifying events happened is still closed and they are not inside the police perimeter.

It read: “Jasmine, you were such a kind and sweet girl,” as a devastating tribute. It wasn’t right for you and your sister to die.

“You would always smile in elementary school.

Someone else wrote: “I will miss you.

I apologize to the family member who is going through this. Jasmin, I’m sorry.

“We know how shocking this event is for everyone involved and for the community as a whole and we hope this latest information will make it even more saddened,” Detective Chief Constable Chris Burgess, who is leading the investigation, said today.

“We are praying for the families of the people who were discovered on the property as they mourn a very tragic loss.

“We would like to thank the people in the area for their help and we will continue to patrol to reassure people.”

“A cordon will remain in place at the address until we have completed a thorough investigation of the crime scene.

You were a kind, considerate girl, Jasmine. It wasn’t right for you and your sister to perish.

After failing to respond to a call to the residence in the morning, officers revealed they submitted to a police sniffer dog.

A 911 call was made to the home shortly before the victims were discovered, according to police.

Sources confirmed that Mr. Kuczynski called at six in the morning; no one from the police was sent to answer it.

However, the police were only contacted after a second complaint from a citizen shortly before seven in the morning.

Charmaine Arbouin, IOPC regional director, gave details of the call and said: “According to Norfolk Police, a man called 999 just before 6 am on January 19.

“During the call, the man said he was worried about his mental health and that he was confused.”

“He was told to see a doctor but the police didn’t turn up.

“Around seven o’clock in the morning, a dog handler who was worried about the people living in the house called the police.”

“Police arrived shortly afterward and tragically found a man, woman, and two children dead.”

In addition, Norfolk Police said they will investigate whether the man’s interaction with their officers was “appropriate and consistent with force policy, training, and procedures”.

Additionally, on December 14, a guard dog was reported visiting a residence to locate a missing person.

After being discovered near his home, he was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for a mental health assessment.

However, it appears that the father left before the trials could be completed. The hospital is now releasing more details about his visit.

NNUH conducted a thorough assessment, according to the Eastern Daily Press, however, the hospital does not provide mental health treatment.

A spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that the patient was escorted by police to the A&E on 14 December.

After a thorough clinical evaluation, the patient was found to have mental capacity. He left the unit before staff checked him again.”

It was recently discovered that the four daughters were discovered with their mother, who worked as a carer. This was stated by Kantich’s closest friend Naty Wathanakul.

According to her, the aunt arrived in the UK on December 27 and is expected to fly out next month.

Together with her sister Kanticha, she owned the children’s clothing store Malishop in the United Kingdom.

“Caring”, as Naty described her to The Mirror. “She loved her nieces, I always saw pictures of them together.

“She’s a single woman, no boyfriend, no husband, that’s why she spent most of her time with those beautiful girls.

The tragic events in Costessey, Norwich, have left the community in deep grief and confusion. Bartlomiej Kuczynski, his daughters Jasmin and Natasha, and their aunt Kanticha Noon were found dead in their home, all four having suffered fatal stab wounds. The case is being investigated as a murder-suicide, and authorities have ruled out any involvement in the deaths. The details of the incident, including previous mental health concerns and the delayed police response, added to the complexity and distress of the situation.

The investigation is ongoing and Norfolk police are reviewing their handling of previous calls to the residence and interactions with Bartlomiej. The family’s tragic loss prompted an outpouring of grief from the community, which left floral tributes and toys near the scene. The case also highlights the urgent need for effective mental health support and early intervention. As the community mourns, there is a collective hope for answers and a call to think about how similar tragic events can be prevented in the future.
